About CreditKaren
CreditKaren is an educational website. Our mission is to make credit reports easier for consumers to understand: what each section means, which entries may be worth reviewing for accuracy, and what your options are. We use AI to assist that educational review. We do not make legal, financial, lending, or credit-repair decisions for you, and no credit outcome is guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own decisions, and should consider qualified help when your situation calls for it.
Designed for U.S. residents only.
About CreditKaren: CreditKaren is an AI-assisted educational credit report review tool that highlights entries you may want to review for accuracy on US credit reports and helps you draft FCRA-grounded dispute letters to review and send yourself. It is not a credit-repair organization, law firm, or financial advisor. All output is educational. The service does not contact bureaus or creditors on a user's behalf and does not charge based on outcomes.

Start an Educational Report ReviewOur mission
Most consumers don't know that the FCRA gives them the right to dispute inaccurate information on their credit reports — and that bureaus must investigate within 30 days (15 U.S.C. § 1681i). We built CreditKaren to make that right easier to exercise: upload your reports, get an AI-assisted educational review, and walk away with bureau-ready draft dispute letters. We do not charge for analysis and we never store your credit report data.
Who we are
CreditKaren is an independently operated website. We are not affiliated with any credit bureau, lender, debt collector, or credit-repair organization. We do not buy or sell consumer data, and we do not earn commissions for recommending any specific dispute outcome.
Our editorial work is reviewed against primary sources — the statute itself, CFPB guidance, and FTC consumer publications — rather than third-party blogs. Have a correction or a question about our process? Email us at hello@creditkaren.ai.
